Antjon has let and managed student and professional houses across North Bristol for years, specialising in HMOs, room-by-room lets and all-bills-included homes around Filton, Horfield and the UWE corridor. He built SPL Agency to run lettings the way tenants and landlords actually want: quick answers on WhatsApp, honest listings with real photos, and paperwork handled digitally from viewing to signed agreement.
